Mining & Extraction
We source minerals from our own and partnered mines in the mineral-rich regions of Kutch, Gujarat. Our geologists carefully select the best quality ore deposits for extraction, ensuring consistent mineral quality at the source.
Raw Material Selection & Testing
Every batch of raw mineral undergoes initial quality testing in our laboratory. We check chemical composition, moisture content, and physical properties before the material enters our processing facility.
Crushing & Primary Processing
Raw minerals are processed through jaw crushers and roller mills to reduce them to manageable sizes. Primary processing removes large impurities and prepares the material for fine grinding.
Fine Grinding & Micronizing
Advanced ball mills and air classifiers grind minerals to the required particle size — from coarse powders to ultra-fine micronized grades. Our precision equipment ensures a narrow particle size distribution for consistent product quality.
Drying & Activation
Processed minerals are dried to precise moisture levels using rotary dryers and flash dryers. Some minerals like bentonite also undergo thermal or chemical activation to enhance their functional properties.
Quality Control Testing
Every batch undergoes comprehensive testing in our NABL-accredited laboratory. We test for chemical composition (XRF), particle size distribution, moisture, whiteness, pH, and application-specific properties before release.
Packaging
Products are packed in moisture-proof HDPE bags (25 kg / 50 kg) or jumbo bags (500 kg / 1000 kg) as per customer requirements. Each bag is labeled with product details, batch number, and quality certificate.

Our experienced logistics team handles all aspects of domestic and international shipping. With proximity to Kandla and Mundra ports, we ensure timely and cost-effective delivery with complete export documentation.
